Every Monday at Kickstart Arts, a community of artistic individuals of all skill levels meet for Artworks in Paint. Led by local artist, Raymond Wittenberg, the underlying premise is to create a friendly, supportive environment that allows people to free themselves from normality and express the existence of their lives through an art practise.
The Artworks in Paint exhibition at Moonah Arts Centre is a collection of the work produced by this group over the past year. Guided by Raymond’s belief that “creativity is inherent in the human spirit,” this exhibition celebrates not only the artworks themselves, but also the joy of shared creativity and the powerful role of art in fostering connection and wellbeing.
